Cool & Smooth Silicone Oil is mainly used for fabric hydrophilic soft touch finishing, providing a cool sensation and excellent hydrophilicity, softness, elasticity, and drape. It has high surface film-forming properties and excellent bonding strength, making fabrics thicker, softer, and more breathable. The touch and hydrophilicity are relatively good, meeting the hand feel requirements of cotton, viscose, polyester-cotton blends, and other fabrics.

Composition: Special group-modified silicone emulsion

Appearance: Colorless (or light yellow) transparent liquid

pH Value: 4-6

Ionicity: Cationic

Solubility: Completely miscible with water at room temperature

【Applications】

Cool & Smooth Silicone Oil is used in dyeing and finishing plants for cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic, and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics to adjust their hand feel.

【Usage Method】

Can be directly added to the dyeing machine for softening treatment.

Recommended process: Padding method

Recommended dosage: 50~80g/L (one dip one nip, liquor uptake rate 70%~80%) → Drying → Setting

【Notes】

1. Conduct small sample tests beforehand to determine the appropriate dosage.

2. If used with other finishing agents in the same bath, compatibility tests should be conducted beforehand.

【Storage and Packaging】

1. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of six months.

2. Polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, each drum containing 125KG.
